To return or exchanges your item for a full refund of the item price, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the original ship date. Repackage your product in the original box if possible. with a note of the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment, please insure your items with your carrier. Returns take 5 to 10 business days of package receipt to process; you will be notified of your return via e-mail.

Items must be returned in a new, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed condition and in perfect condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
Sanitary strip & ALL ORIGINALS TAGS must be attached to swimwear. All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN Seven (7) DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. ALL CLAIMS (STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES) MUST BE PRESENTED WITH THE RECEIPT, TAG STILL ON AND NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. MERCHANDISE OR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN ANY OTHER CONDITION.
