All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail shipping in the U.S only. for more information you can visit their website at any time to track your package

Package damaged or lost during transit are the responsibility of the shipping company. Hot Red Fashion does not accept responsibility for damages or the loss of any package during transit. Please contact your local USPS for resolution.



  • All mail will be delivered between Monday to Friday. • If you have any special requests add them in the notes section on the payment page.

* Please note that someone must be available to receive the parcel.

  • Some Goods require a signature on delivery,
  • We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been mail out.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and If the parcel is not collected, Undelivered packages are returned to Us by the shipping company and required to be dispatched a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee. Reshipping fees will be charged on all re-shipments ( will apply to this new delivery. )

*All packages are shipped based on the address provided during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct.

• We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control


How much does shipping cost?   Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to almost every country/Worldwide. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Are tracking numbers/delivery confirmation available? Depend of the country You'll be able to track your package and stay updated on its current location.

 After you've made a purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Note, in rate occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages

Domestic Orders (within the US):

*Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed sent out (The weekends are not business days).

The length of shipping can be longer depending on where it is being delivered to in the US.

*Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address that was provided during checkout.

*If emails related to order shipping are received before the 7 business days disclaimer, they will not be replied to.

*If it is being claimed that packages have not been received after the 7 business days disclaimer and estimated shipping time, the tracking number provided will be checked by us. If USPS has marked package as delivered, then we are not responsible.

*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages*


International Orders (outside the US):

*Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed sent out (The weekends are not business days).

*All orders are shipped by USPS,

*As we are told by USPS that we are unable to determine the exact length of shipping time, it is estimated that shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks or more.

*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, we will work with the carrier provided to help solve the issue.    

Customer is responsible for any issues related to customs.
